Upgrade Your Prolo Ring to Pro

Enter your approved Prolo Ring MAC address, connect your ring, then apply the Pro upgrade.

After Upgrade

Before Reconnecting to Prolo Studio

After the Pro upgrade is applied, the ring will reboot. To avoid stale Bluetooth cache issues, please complete these steps before reconnecting to Prolo Studio.

  1. Reset the ring: tap the ModStrip 5 times, then press and hold.
  2. Remove old Bluetooth pairings: forget/remove old Prolo Ring entries from previous computers, phones, tablets, or glasses.
  3. Refresh Bluetooth: If Prolo Studio can find Prolo App Ring but cannot add it, restart the computer once to clear the Bluetooth cache.
  4. Enter APP status: put the ring into APP status before connecting with Prolo Studio.
